11-D(1). Ward 6 Planning Commission unanimously recommended APPROVAL with the following stipulations: 1.) The Developer work with staff regarding fence materials on the western edge of the property. 2.) The Developer work with staff regarding location of the sign. 3. The Developer work closely with the Waste Water Department regarding the vehicle maintenance use on the site. 4.)
