15. Resolution, re: East End is sponsoring a Halloween Parade in the City of Alton which constitutes a public purpose and will require the temporary closure of streets on October 31, 2018.
16. Resolution, re: That the City Comptroller is hereby authorized and directed tos solicit bids for the replacement of the roof at Alton Fire Department Station 2.
17. Resolution, re: The Comptroller has made various recommendation to amend the Annual Budget Ordinance, Ordinance No. 7644 and that the attached ordinance be considered.
18. Resolution, re: That Mayor and appropriate officials are hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the Alton Square Mall Redevelopment Agreement in the form as recommended by the Director of Planning & Development.
19. Resolution, re: That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make payment from the Oriental Garden Fund to Waldbart in the amount of $1,633.50 and payment to Peggy Tavernier in the amount of $34.97 pursuant to the minutes and invoices attached hereto.
