Republican Jason Plummer has been declared the winner in the 54th Senate District race against Democrat Brian Stout.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Plummer had 70 percent of the vote with a total of 58,114 votes.
Stout received 30 percent of the vote with a total of 24,589 votes.
