Republican Mike Bost has been declared the winner in the 12th Congressional District against Democrat Brendan Kelly.
With 97 percent of the precincts reporting, Bost had 52 percent of the vote with a total of 128,209 votes.
Kelly received 42 percent of the vote with a total of 112,680 votes.
