City of Belleville issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018, marks the 100th Anniversary of the end of World War I.
The US Centennial Commission invites all Americans across the nation to ring bells at 11:00 AM to honor those who served and sacrificed.
