State House race: Republican Friess wins voter tally in Fayetteville Township Precinct 2

David Friess led Democrat Jerry Costello II in votes cast in Fayetteville Township Precinct 2 for the District 116 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Friess appeared to outpace Costello by a margin of 12.5 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.
