Q2 real estate sales report: Marissa

Median prices declined in Marissa over last year, and are down 43 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to second quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From April to June, 3 homes sold in Marissa for a median price of $18,000. That's 49.6 percent lower than median home sale prices for the second quarter of 2017.

In the second quarter, there were no foreclosures in Marissa.
