11-F(1). Motion to approve the promotion of Sergeant Mark Kroenig to Lieutenant and Detective Daniel Collins to Sergeant effective 12:01am on January 8, 2019.

effective December 18, 2018.

11-F(3). Motion to hire four (4) new probationary officers Joel Rush, Claudia Gallegos, Delain Wilbourn and Justin Nollau effective March 4, 2019.

Request from Belleville Main Street to approve the Divas' Night Out 2019. March through December 2019, third Thursday of the month, 5:00pm to 8:00pm. On August 15, 2019 requesting street closure of the 1st block of North Church from East Main Street to the alley, use of Gaslight Park, electricity for music, trash toters, "No Parking Signs" and barricades as requested.

Request from Belleville Main Street to approve the Sparkles, Suds & Sweets Walk, Saturday, February 9, 2019, 4:00pm to 7:00pm. No street closures or city services requested.

12-C. LUCKY LEPRECHAUN 5K 03/16/19

Request from Belleville Main Street to approve the Lucky Leprechaun 5K, Saturday, March 16, 2019, 9:00am to 10:30am. Rolling street closures 9:00am to 10:30am. Additional request of Police Officers, barricades and "No Parking Signs".

12-D. ST. PAT'S BLOCK PARTY 03/16/19

Request from Belleville Main Street to approve the St. Pat's Block Party, Saturday, March 16, 2019, 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Street closure request of East Main Street between Jackson Street and Charles Street; first block of North Church Street from East Main Street to Alley and first block of South High Street from East Main Street to East Washington immediately after parade until 6:00pm. Additional request of Police Officers, barricades, "No Parking Signs", sewing machine drop-off signage at parking lot at corner of South High Street and East Washington, electrical panels, trash toters, picnic tables, use of Gas Light Park and clean-up by Public Works.

Request from Belleville Main Street to approve the Old Town Farmers' Market every Saturday, May 4, 2019 through November 2, 2019, 7:30am to 12:00pm. Street closure request first block of South Charles between East Main and East Washington, 6:30am to 1:00pm. Additional request of city owned parking lots on the NW and NE corners of S Charles St and E Washington St for vendors, as necessary Additional request of barricades, trash toters and port-a-potty.
