Q3 real estate sales report: Troy Crossing

Median prices declined in Troy Crossing over last year, and are down 54.7 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 1 home sold in Troy Crossing for a price of $70,000. That's 51 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.

In the third quarter, there were no foreclosures in Troy Crossing.
