How did Bill Mudge spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Bill Mudge's election campaign committee, Committee to Retain Judge Mudge, spent $9,805 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Mudge's committee spent the most on media in the quarter, with all those payments ($6,750) going to Visionary Productions in St. Louis. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Mudge's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
