Democratic Tom Gibbons's election campaign committee, Committee for Tom Gibbons, spent $12,474 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Gibbons's committee spent the most on fund raising - food/beverages in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,993) going to Sugo's Spaghetteria in Edwardsville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Gibbons's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
