How did Bill Mudge spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Bill Mudge's election campaign committee, Committee to Retain Judge Mudge, spent $66,217 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Mudge's committee spent the most on cable buy in the quarter, with all those payments ($45,000) going to Price Miner Creative Strategies in St. Louis. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Mudge's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
