How did Gary Cornwell spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Gary Cornwell's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Gary Cornwell, spent $3,797 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Cornwell's committee spent the most on yard signs in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,635) going to Hummert Graphics in St Louis. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Cornwell's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
