How did Kahalah Clay spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Kahalah Clay's election campaign committee, Clay for Circuit Clerk, spent $8,379 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Clay's committee spent the most on yard signs and bumper stickers in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,491) going to Snow Printing, LLC in Belleville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Clay's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
