How did Kahalah Clay spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Kahalah Clay's election campaign committee, Clay for Circuit Clerk, spent $4,487 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Clay's committee spent the most on contributions in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,300) going to Cutter's in Belleville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Clay's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
