How did Frank Miles spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Non partisan Frank Miles's election campaign committee, Friends of Frank Miles, spent $8,187 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Miles's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,726) going to Modern Mailing in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Miles's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
