How did Curtis McCall spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Curtis McCall's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect McCall for Mayor, spent $7,719 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

McCall's committee spent the most on community event in the quarter, with 27.7% of this total ($900) going to Anthony Cox in Cahokia. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how McCall's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
