How did Dwight D Kay spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Dwight D Kay's election campaign committee, Citizens for Kay, spent $5,930 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Kay's committee spent the most on printing in the quarter, with 69.6% of this total ($1,038) going to MOW Printing in Collinsville. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Kay's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
