How did Curtis McCall spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Curtis McCall's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect McCall for Mayor, spent $5,815 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

McCall's committee spent the most on donations in the quarter, with 90.9% of this total ($1,000) going to Blue Stem Properties in Waterloo. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how McCall's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
