Centreville home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Centreville fell by $7,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $8,000 - a 46.7% decrease over the $15,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Centreville in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
