Shiloh home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Shiloh fell by $17,250 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 9% decrease over the $192,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Shiloh in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Shiloh for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,109.60, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
