Briar Hill home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Briar Hill rose by $63,500 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $147,000 - a 76% increase over the $83,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Briar Hill in the first half of 2016.
