Edwardsville home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Edwardsville rose by $31,100 while total sales decreased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 201 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,000 - a 18.9% increase over the $164,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 231 homes sold in Edwardsville in the first half of 2017.
