Shiloh home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Shiloh fell by $15,450 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,300 - a 7.7% decrease over the $199,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Shiloh in the second half of 2017.
