Briar Hill home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Briar Hill rose by $83,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 122.9% increase over the $67,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Briar Hill in the second half of 2017.
