Marissa home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Marissa fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,000 - a 10.2% decrease over the $49,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Marissa in the second half of 2017.
