Mitchell home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Mitchell rose by $14,950 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,950 - a 25.3% increase over the $59,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Mitchell in 2016.
