Moro home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Moro rose by $50,050 while total sales increased by 110%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,750 - a 46% increase over the $108,700 median sale price for the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Moro in 2017.

The median sales tax in Moro for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,777, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for 2018.
