Rosewood Heights home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Rosewood Heights rose by $46,250 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,750 - a 51.7% increase over the $89,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Rosewood Heights in September 2016.
