The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Collinsville in Madison County fell by $9,250 while total sales decreased by 27.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,000 - a 9% decrease over the $103,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Collinsville in September 2016.
