Mascoutah home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Mascoutah fell by $47,250 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 23.4% decrease over the $202,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mascoutah in January 2016.
