Holiday Shores home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Holiday Shores fell by $39,452 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 18.8% decrease over the $209,452 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Holiday Shores in May 2017, as well.
