City of Belleville Finance Committee met July 8.

• Motion to waive the formal bidding procedures and utilize the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (contract #020223-CEC) to purchase one new compact track loader and planer for Public Works from Clark Equipment Company (dba Bobcat Company) for $107,174.57.

• Motion to waive the formal bidding procedures and purchase one new F350 with a dump body for $57,623 and one new F250 truck for $43,565 for Public Works from Weber Ford, with them matching the State bid price.

• Motion to waive the formal bidding procedures and utilize the Sourcewell Cooperative purchasing Alliance (contract #111522-TYM) to purchase one new 2025 TYMCO Model 500x street sweeper for Public Works from TYMCO, Inc. for $406,284.

• Motion to approve First Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement with Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) for use of space at the Campus.

• Motion to receive and file revenue sources.
