Swansea home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Swansea fell by $18,250 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,750 - a 13.3% decrease over the $137,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Swansea in January 2016.
