Swansea home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Swansea rose by $23,250 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 15.3% increase over the $151,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Swansea in June 2016.
