Swansea home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Swansea fell by $9,500 while total sales increased by 63.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 4.6% decrease over the $207,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Swansea in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Swansea for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,664, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
