Fairview Heights home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Fairview Heights fell by $35,750 while total sales increased by 36%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,750 - a 26.6% decrease over the $134,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Fairview Heights in July 2016.
