Fairview Heights home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Fairview Heights rose by $31,750 while total sales decreased by 39.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,750 - a 32.4% increase over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Fairview Heights in August 2016.
