Shiloh home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Shiloh rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,500 - a 9.8% increase over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Shiloh in September 2016.
