Lebanon home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Lebanon rose by $32,250 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 58.9% increase over the $54,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lebanon in November 2016, as well.
