Shiloh home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Shiloh rose by $35,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 19 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,500 - a 18.4% increase over the $193,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Shiloh in July 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Shiloh for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,110, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
