Swansea home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Swansea fell by $39,750 while total sales decreased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $157,750 - a 20.1% decrease over the $197,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Swansea in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Swansea for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,664, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
