Shiloh home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Shiloh fell by $26,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 13.8% decrease over the $191,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Shiloh in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Shiloh for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,110, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
