Shiloh home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Shiloh fell by $55,500 while total sales decreased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 28.4% decrease over the $195,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Shiloh in September 2017.
