Freeburg home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Freeburg fell by $42,100 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,900 - a 32.4% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Freeburg in September 2017.
