Lebanon home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Lebanon fell by $52,550 while total sales increased by 400%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,950 - a 44.3% decrease over the $118,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lebanon in October 2017.
