East St. Louis home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in East St. Louis fell by $5,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $15,000 - a 25% decrease over the $20,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in East St. Louis in November 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in East St. Louis for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $543, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
