Lebanon home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Lebanon rose by $15,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 14.4% increase over the $104,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lebanon in December 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,781, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
