Shiloh home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Shiloh fell by $44,000 while total sales decreased by 47.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 19.1% decrease over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Shiloh in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Shiloh for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,110, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
