Lebanon home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Lebanon fell by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 7% decrease over the $166,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lebanon in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,781, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
